How we handle what you send us.

What we collect

When you start a project or book a meeting, we keep the name, mobile number, email, and brief you send. We also see basic visit data such as pages opened and the device used, so we can keep the site working.

How we use it

We use that information to reply, plan the work, and stay in touch about the system we build with you. We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to advertisers.

Who sees it

The SmartB team that handles your brief can see it. Hosting and email tools that run the site may store a copy so the form can be delivered. Those tools only use it to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Leads and project notes stay while we are working with you, or until you ask us to delete them. You can email info@smartb.com.bd to see, correct, or remove what we hold.
